PRIORITY RESERVATION AGREEMENT
Black Diamond
For and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) ("Refundable Reservation Fee") and the mutual promise herein contained, ("Prospective Purchaser") and Hunter Company, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company, do agree as follows:
- Hunter Company, LLC shall reserve a preferred appointment time during the Sale Weekend for Prospective Purchaser to view parcels at Black Diamond before offering the same to the general public. Hunter Company, LLC shall receive the Refundable Reservation Fee from Prospective Purchaser to guarantee a preferred appointment time.
- Hunter Company, LLC will refund the $300 Reservation Fee upon Prospective Purchaser's arrival to Black Diamond. If Prospective Purchaser cancels priority reservation a minimum of 48 hours before the appointment, Prospective Purchaser will be refunded the Reservation Fee.
- This Reservation Agreement does not create an obligation to purchase by Prospective Purchaser nor an obligation to sell by Hunter Company, LLC. Parcels located at Black Diamond are subject to a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, a summary of which is available from your Land Consultant.
