The experience was made extremely professional from the beginning when John Patten extended his personal time and explained the purchase process from start to finish. When we met John the morning of the site walk, he had selected a site he felt would meet our requirements expressed in earlier conversations. He also showed property that would suit the needs of a friend. We had many questions during the walk through. He answered our concerns and showed us documentation to clarify legal issues.

John continued to extend personal attention during the settlement process. He delivered a copy of the topographic map I requested to aid in future home site development. John also researched and forwarded names of subcontractors to help me with septic, well, and site clearing. He maintains communication with us to this day making sure we, as customers of Hunter, are fully informed of future developments within the community.
