A Priority Appointment reserves you a premier time slot to view property at Black Diamond, and you will receive a $10,000 discount on any property purchased during our sale for making a priority appointment. A refundable reservation fee of $300.00 is required to book your Priority Appointment. Upon receipt of your reservation fee, Hunter Company shall reserve a preferred appointment time during the sale for you to view parcels before offering the same to the general public.
